GC Ministries in partnership with Action through Care and Compassion Home Program offers new life to disadvantaged children through the love of the Care family, trust in Jesus and your support as a caring sponsor.

With 25 years of experience, Hope Home parents Nepal and Sapana have parented 40 children.

Nestled in the outskirts of the Kathmandu district of Godiwari, Care Home was founded in 1999 by Uttam GC. A home for children from disadvantage, ranging from being orphaned to being rescued from severe poverty. The children are raised by Nepali parents Nepal and Sapana in a supportive and a loving home.

With 20 years of experience, 36 children have been parented through Care and Compassion Home. This model of care emulates a close Christian family environment, which provides valuable family bonding and nurture.

Presently there are eight children at the home, and it is hoped to extend this to ten in the future.

In the home a meeting room is used for a local community church in which all are encouraged to participate.

The home also has accommodation for sponsors to come and experience the rich life of the family and to explore the local community.

My two visits to Care Home Nepal has enabled me to witness first-hand their authentic quality of life and the effectiveness of this vital Christian ministry.
